With our continuous innovations and productions we have come to produce: wines and oils, cereals and flours, baked goods and pastries, jams and sauces.

Our oil "il Pirata" won, on 13 December 2009, the second regional prize among extra virgin olive oils.

Our baked goods contain yeast and extra virgin olive oil (not lard). Some contain milk and eggs. Marzapane (marzipan) and buiscuits of Marzapane (marzipan cookies) contain almonds.
Our oils are extracted "cold" (therefore without the use of chemicals).

The allergens contained in our products are:
- cereals and derivatives (Senatore Cappelli wheat, Gentil Rosso wheat, Monococco spelled, Dicocco spelled, barley): contained in all bakery products;
- eggs (hen): contained in all pastas, except "water" ones, and in all biscuits, with the exception of those with the "no egg" tag;
- milk (ricotta, parmesan): contained in all types of watercress;
- dried fruit (almonds, hazelnuts): contained in "ugly but good" biscuits, in almond biscuits, in biscuits of Marzapane (marzipan cookies) and in Marzapane(marzipan);
- celery: contained in the ready sauce;
- sulphites (metabisulfites): contained in all types of wine and vinegar.

The weight of products sold by weight will always be rounded down (e.g. if 500g of bread is bought, 505/510g may arrive, not less). Products are subject to natural shrinkage.
